Kilopass 公司是一家专心于高端嵌入式OTP IP开发的美国硅谷的高科技公司。基于彭泽忠博士多项的美国专利技术，公司的XPM系列嵌入式OTP  IP已在TSMC、  UMC、 SMIC等多家著名的Foundry公司完成了0.18um ~ 90nm技术的Silicon Proven。XPM采用标准CMOS工艺，没有任何额外的mask和工艺要求，因此在低成本和高性能方面具有特别的优势。全球许多著名的设计公司和IDM公司已经购买了XPM的授权，而且XPM还获得了2004年EDN的创新奖（IP仅2项获奖）。这项嵌入式IP易于整合，不仅用于SoC储存firmware和OS软件，也适用于Mixed Signal的Trimming和校准等。
